Rockland Pulmonary and Medical Associates has been providing compassionate and state of the art care for our patients in Rockland county since 1978.  We are located at 2 Crosfield Avenue Suite 318 in West Nyack and we have recently opened a second location at the Medical Office Pavillion adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital.  The address is 257 Lafayatte Avenue Suite 340 Suffern, NY 10901.  As a multi-specialty practice, we have Board Certified physicians in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Hospital affiliations include Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY and Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY.

Internal Medicine
Our staff of eight Board Certified Internists, four Nurse Practitioners and a Physician Assistant is dedicated to providing comprehensive and up to date primary care and preventative medicine for adult men and women. Referrals to appropriate specialists are also provided.
Pulmonary Care
Our Staff of eight board certified Pulmonary Specialists is assisted by four licenced Respiratory Therapists. The office maintains an on-site chest x-ray and three state-of-the-art pulmonary laboratories that provide spirometry, plethysmography, diffusion capacity, airway resistance, oscillometry, and arterial blood gas analysis.
Sleep Services
We are affiliated with the Bon Secours Sleep disorder Institute at Good Samaritan Hospital as well as The Nyack Hospital Sleep Center. Services are offered several nights a week. Consultations and treatment of Sleep disorders are provided by our Board Certified Sleep physicians. We also initiate and manage treatment of sleep disorders including CPAP/BIPAP machines, oxygen, medications and other sleep aids.
